hi, im nikki. im from Reno. i got some concert tickets for your show, and i was SUPER EXCITED! i cleaned houses to make money and to earn the tickets. I was waiting for this concert for 5 months. I couldnt breath because I couldnt believe I was even going to be in the same room as BTR! When we got to the place you were supposed to perform. it was completely empty. I looked at the door and it read "Big Time Rush concert cancelled". i thought it was a dream untill i realized it wasnt. i was about to cry, i think you guys should come back to Reno and let everyone who already bought a ticket for your cancelled concert, you should let us get in for free if we still have our ticket. PLEASE listen. please come back to Reno and let the people who bought tickets get in for free. people like me. i will keep your tickets forever untill you come back. thanks ;..)
I am the parent of a preteen who loves BTR. She received her first concert tickets for their show, took a friend, went to the show only to find out at the door the concert was closed. The person in the window at the venue didn't even know why the show was cancelled. Two bummed out girls was not the way we wanted to spend our evening. What a bummer this was their first concert experience. I don't follow the group as I am not in their age demographics, however, not one word was heard as to why the concert was cancelled. I hope all are okay in the group, but regardless, an explanation is what the fans deserve in an instance such as this. What a bummer.
-BigTimeRushXOXO- Not being insensitive, just being realistic. They had plenty of time to go meet that poor little girl and keep their promise to their other fans. Our show wasn't even supposed to happen until Sept. 18! There is such a thing as airplanes. They could have gone to visit and kept their equipment moving on. I'm sorry that poor little girl passed away before she could meet them, but their other fans deserve a real explanation. If it was poor ticket sales or need to up the date for their new season of shows, then fine. But any explanation would be great. And, we didn't even get all our money back (they kept $5). What about a free download to their disappointed fans?

i have been listening to i heart radio for a long time. and i am listening to it right now just for that merchandise. i like it when logan says "thats a lot of merch"
